HELLO! Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to view my profile. Finding the right therapist is no picnic. I work with clients of all backgrounds who share a consistent trait: they are willing to confront whatever is keeping them from cultivating the life they want. While I am based in Los Angeles, I provide telehealth counseling for individuals across California.

I use a variety of approaches to explore trauma, formative moments in life, self-perceptions that may be limiting or harmful, the development of personal boundaries, and the day-to-day challenges that keep us from feeling happy and fulfilled.

Signatures of my practice are humor, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I also believe that therapy is co-constructive; the meaning comes from the work we do together. That being said, I am an agile therapist and take an active stance in session. I hope you'll reach out should you like to talk more about your journey.

My lowest fee is $90 and I work on a sliding scale. Unfortunately, I do not partner with any insurance providers but I can provide a superbill.

I completed my graduate program in counseling at Loyola Marymount University and associateship at The Center for Professional Counseling in North Hollywood, CA.
